According to Scripture, the invisible and immaterial part of our being—the soul—is influenced either by the power of God or by the forces of evil. Understanding the nature of mankind, and the deep connection between the soul and spirit, shapes how we grow, develop, and see the world. By following the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, and by walking with Him through lived spiritual experience, we can renew our minds and cleanse our souls to reflect the Christ within us.

Pastor Cheryl Turner is a pastor of Beulah Church of Jesus Christ in Etobicoke, Ontario. In addition to teaching the Word of God and guiding others in applying spiritual principles to their everyday lives, she enjoys reading the Bible, deepening her spiritual understanding and insight, traveling, learning from diverse perspectives, and sharing meaningful conversations. She is also the author of Experiences of the Divine Supernatural Realm (Xulon Press, 2012).
